Happy Admin/ Annoyed Admin - You Choose

Admin Gal is all for people taking the initiative.  She applauds people being proactive, on-time, and forward thinking.

What Admin Gal does NOT appreciate are people who can't grasp simple concepts:

1. No, Admin Gal does not know why the sophisticated and very expensive HR software STILL doesn't have your information correct.  No, she won't go in and change it for you.
2. The correlative nature between annoying Admin Gal and their inability to get things done.
3. Just because they are having a piss poor day, does not mean they can bring their woes to Admin Gal's desk.  There is a 'No Whining or Complaining - Violators will be Stapled' sign posted for a reason.

Rocket Science

When did filling out a form become rocket science?

Seriously?

Admin Gal is currently in the middle of organizing a move to another building.  While, we have all been in and out of the new facility, Security has made the late request that we update our information.  You know, in case of apocalyptic events such as lack of paper, crashed computers, etc.

The form is simple enough.  Admin Gal is finding that her comrades are stymied by the simplest of fields.

1. What department do they work for?  
2. Who is their HR representative?  
3. Which building do they currently work in and what building will they work in? 

If these simple questions cause consternation, Admin Gal can only imagine what misery the hard questions cause.
